- Get involved! Join the Alliance@IBM.
The Alliance@IBM is made up of career-minded IBM employees who are concerned
about their future. They are concerned about recent actions which undermined
the retirement security of tens of thousands of IBM's most devoted employees.
They are committed to IBM's success, but are also stakeholders in IBM
and deserve a voice in shaping policies that affect pensions, healthcare
benefits, and livelihood. The Alliance@IBM is affiliated with the Communications
Workers of America, which is supporting the cause.
- www.cashpensions.com is
the place to go for comprehensive news, tools, contacts, and links on
cash balance pensions and retirement plan conversions. Coverage goes
beyond IBM's conversions. You'll find sample letters to send your congressmen,
FAQs, information on litigation, age discrimination, congressional action,
and lots of other resources.
- IBM UK Employees now have a

pension plans
- Check out insider trading
